The book I am recommending is "Legend" by Marie Lu. It is a dystopian world with a male and female protagonist. The book shares both the male and female perspectives about the mysterious death of the female's older brother and a plague infecting their city. The book involves plot twist and suspense all out. It is NOT a love triangle.
