Winger is a book written by Andrew Smith in 2013. It is about a fourteen year old boy whose name is Ryan Dean West. Ryan attends a boarding school for rich kids. However, his dorm is reserved specifically for troublemakers, therefore it is not a big surprise that he rooms with the biggest bully on the rugby team. This books follows Ryan's encounters with real life problems such as dealing with a bully and admitting his feelings for his best friend Annie. Ryan enjoys writing therefore this book includes many info-graphics and drawings throughout. Many readers described this book as very hilarious (due to Ryan's character), but also heartbreaking. It generally received 4.3 stars out of 5. So if you're looking for a hilarious book to read with a few twists and a couple of drawings, this book is perfect!

'Throne of Glass' by Sarah J. Maas, in a book set in a time of kingship, and in this particular book the setting is a land ruled by a harsh king. Because he is harsh, many are locked in jail. Our main character, 'Celaena Sardothien', is taken to jail with a condition. She has to defeat twenty three criminals in a competition to regain her freedom. Along the way she gains enemies and allies. But something dark is happening in the background.

Well, my book, The Madman's Daughter, is about a teenage girl, Juliet, who lives with her mother and father. Her father is a special scientist who doesn't really think that women should be able to study science and aren't capable of becoming good scientists, so he doesn't let Juliet help out with his experiments and things. He hires an assistant named Montgomery, and Montgomery sneaks notes and info to Juliet behind Juliet's father's back. One day, an experiment goes wrong, and Juliet's father abandons Juliet taking along Montgomery and making Juliet believe that her father is dead. Eventually, Juliet's mother dies, leaving Juliet with no money and forcing her to get a job at a hospital.
After meeting up with Montgomery years later, Juliet finds out that her dad and Montgomery have been working at an island, so she quits her job and demands that Montgomery takes her to see her dad. He agrees.
On the way to the island, they both meet a guy, Edward, who is a shipwreck survivor. Juliet develops feelings for Edward while also having feelings for Montgomery.
