I feel like this is going to be an interesting book, and I can't wait to see how it plays out. Juliet's father seems really cool and I would love to read more about him.
I can tell already that Montgomery, Juliette, and Edward are gonna be in a love triangle.
My first thought of the book is that it seem to be going by really fast. There are only a little over 300 pages and we can already see that Juliet is trying to find her father and that a bit of romance is starting. My opinion is that we will finish the book a little after spring break.
So far this book seems really creepy. I don't know how to feel about it. The fact that they were dissecting a live rabbit is gross!
So far, the book seems pretty dark. I'm curious what the scandal her father did was, I'm guessing it's pretty bad though since he was banished. It's pretty gruesome too, with the vivisection of the rabbit. Still, it seems interesting and I am intrigued to read more.
I don't like this book. It's annoying that we don't know what happened with her father that made them fall from high society. Also it just seems unfair, but hopefully this book gets better.
