Pg. 64: Cas says Daisy isn't telling him something about Anna. What could it be?
I think that his relationship with his mom is what causes him to work so hard. He wants to find the ghost that killed his dad so that him and his mom can have closure.
I think Cam's relationship with his mom is different. His mom doesn't really push in ways that typical mothers do, which fuels why Cam does what he does. She doesn't really exert control over the things he does. His relationship with his dad also drives his work. Cam talks about his dad as if he was the greatest man ever, so when he died he got the feeling that he had to continue the work.
His relationship with his mom drives him to be more careful and less reckless in his work with ghosts. His lack of relationship with his dad gives him the idea that he needs to fill in his place and be just like him; do what he does in a way to be closer to him.
Cas' relationship with his father drives him to hunt. Because of the way he died and the lack of what was left behind Cas hunts. He hunts to get revenge on the thing that killed his father so that him and his mom can finally have some sort of closure. His mom helps him hunt too, even though she doesn't want to see Cas getting hurt, she understands that it's within his blood and that she can't stop it. So Cas' parents are a big part of him being a great hunter.
